Radiant Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Manager to support a U.S. commercial pharma unit by delivering data-driven insights that optimize marketing strategy, promotional investments, and field execution.

This hybrid role is based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The ideal candidate has deep pharmaceutical analytics experience, including HCP targeting, segmentation, claims analytics, predictive modeling, and MMM, with strong SQL and Python or R skills and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial analytics.
• Experience translating analyses into business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership presentations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct analyses using claims, CRM, and promotional data to inform marketing strategy.
• Develop insights on prescriber behavior, patient access, and channel performance.
• Design promotional effectiveness studies (A/B tests, DiD, matched cohorts) and ROI analyses.
• Build predictive models for HCP targeting, call and field force optimization.
• Develop and maintain MMM to optimize promotional spend.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external agencies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support quarterly business reviews and annual brand planning.
