Cactus Jack's Auto in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst to shape marketing decisions across its automotive retail footprint in Arizona and Texas. This role blends strategy with deep data and analytics to guide where the next marketing dollar should be invested.

You will own funnel measurement, attribution, and testing across channels, collaborating with Marketing, Ops and Engineering. Hybrid work is offered with some travel to dealerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing analytics tying spend to sales or customer value.
• Hands-on paid media, attribution and website testing.
• Understanding data flow across ad platforms, a website, a CRM and a warehouse.
• Daily use of AI in analysis and validating outputs.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions on marketing spend.

Responsabilités

• Map full funnel from ad click to delivery.
• Own attribution and define conversion signals for ad platforms.
• Design and evaluate website conversion tests and report changes.
• Link email and SMS performance to approvals and deliveries.
• Recommend budget and messaging changes considering inventory and credit quality.
