Qualifikationen

• Strong SQL and Excel skills; able to write and evaluate SQL and manipulate Excel data.
• 3 years of analysis experience in casino or related industries preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leading others in analytical or strategic roles.
• Math, Business, or MBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely and insightful analysis/reporting to corporate and property teams for sound business decisions.
• Develop and distribute new reporting ideas across technology platforms; self-guided research and exploration.
• Communicate marketing strategies to VP of Database Marketing and other departments as needed.
• Lead post-campaign analysis and recommend improvements for future mailings with final decisions by VP of Database Marketing.
• Support Campaign Management with promotional builds across systems and ensure checks and balances for promotions and expenses.
• Support property operations when needed.
