Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, is a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions. We are seeking a Sales & Market Enablement Analyst to support strategic intelligence initiatives across Sales and Business Development, with involvement in New Product Development.

The role focuses on market sizing, account mapping, and data-driven deliverables for leadership and strategic teams. You will collaborate with Market Research, Sales, Product Development, and AI/Analytics groups

Qualifications

3–5+ years in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy consulting, or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated experience producing competitive analyses, market assessments, or strategic research.
Track record of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Expert-level secondary research skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-level deliverables.

Responsibilities

Conduct market sizing and TAM analysis for sales regions, accounts, and vertical markets.
Lead account mapping efforts to identify and quantify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and inform decision-making.
Create data visualizations, including charts, diagrams, and mapping/density heat maps.
Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and other key stakeholders.
Define market boundaries and taxonomy for vertical markets across geographies.
Build bottom-up and top-down market sizing models.
Identify and validate data sources; document assumptions and methodology.
Deliver market sizing outputs to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
