Job summary

Travelers is seeking an Enterprise Market Research (EMR) Intern in Hartford, CT. You will perform primary and secondary research, supporting qualitative and quantitative studies across two EMR portfolios, Core and Emerging Research.

You will collaborate with leadership and business partners, gain hands-on experience, and participate in development programs, social events, and cross-team interactions.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or above preferred.
• Rising seniors or grad students in marketing, psychology, sociology, business or related field.
• Experience with SPSS or similar; Qualtrics preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research execution and summary compilation across topics.
• Perform independent data analysis with objectivity.
• Assemble/review Excel and Word data files and PowerPoint decks for client presentations.
• Support development/review of surveys and online community activities.
• Support primary/secondary research responsibilities and tasks.
