King's Hawaiian is seeking a Market Development Champion to drive distribution, sales growth, and brand prominence across assigned markets. You will build plans, engage store teams, and collaborate with brokers to deliver measurable in-store success.

In this role, you will travel locally, manage relationships with retailers, and execute strategic promotions while aligning with IFG Sales goals and company values. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of retail/CPG experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of progressive retail sales/CPG experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual sales plans for assigned territory.
• Drive in-store distribution and placement of our brands.
• Educate store management on brand stories to boost displays.
• Coordinate with brokers on account and market developments.
• Conduct 100–120 retail calls per month.
