Job summary

King's Hawaiian is seeking a Market Development Champion to drive sales, placement, and product mix for our brands at retail level. Under general supervision, you will develop business plans, secure permanent placements, and educate store management about the brand story.

You will coordinate with account managers and brokers, conduct hundreds of retail calls monthly, and travel up to 20% to support markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• 2 years of progressively responsible experience in retail sales/Consumer product goods preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plan for territory.
• Sell new and/or increased permanent placement in stores.
• Ensure correct distribution of approved items are in-stock and displayed.
• Coordinate with brokers on account/market developments.
• Attend and sell at market relevant trade shows and meetings.
