King's Hawaiian is seeking a Market Development Champion to drive sales, placement, and product mix for our brands, partnering closely with local teams and brokers. You will lead efforts to expand distribution and improve in-store visibility.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to travel up to 20%, and a proactive approach to promoting the brand in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of progressively responsible experience in retail sales/CPG preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual sales plans for the territory.
• Sell new and/or increased permanent placement in stores.
• Ensure correct distribution and in-stock display of approved items.
• Educate store management on brand story to drive prominent displays.
• Coordinate with brokers on account/market developments and POS delivery.
• Attend market-related trade shows and meetings.
