Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Market Development Lead to drive growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners and retailers. You will build relationships with IDPs, store leadership, and retailer decision makers, using disciplined planning to adapt to changing technology and consumer behavior.

The role requires delivering sales plans, identifying opportunities, coordinating planning for distribution, merchandising, promotions, and events, and using data to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written, verbal, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel locally and overnight; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage IDPs to support customer service and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver weekly and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Plan distribution, merchandising, promotions, and retailer events.
• Use data to identify retailer needs and communicate insights to partners.
