Crowley Maritime Corporation is seeking a Director to lead the Dominican Republic market, owning P&L, guiding commercial strategy, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth. You will influence operations, pricing, and sales to deliver reliable service and strong customer outcomes.

The role requires building strong customer relationships, overseeing performance reviews, and coordinating with regional leadership to execute the market plan and objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership, customer relationships, pricing, logistics, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing or influencing P&L in an asset-intensive or service business.
• Experience leading a market-based commercial team and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dominican Republic P&L including revenue, cost, and margin with forecast accuracy.
• Lead monthly financial and business-performance reviews with Finance and regional leadership.
• Develop and maintain annual business plan, forecast, and growth strategy for the market.
• Manage customer growth, retention, and market performance through cross-functional execution.
