Job summary

Crowley Maritime Corporation is seeking an experienced LNG leader to drive downsstream LNG strategy and operations across the Caribbean, Central America, the U.S., and beyond. The role focuses on bunkering, supply agreements, and the development of scalable logistics models.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and financially disciplined services while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in LNG, energy distribution, or related asset-intensive environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex contracts.
• Experience in Caribbean/US energy markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead LNG bunkering strategy and commercial operations for diverse maritime customers.
• Oversee small-scale LNG supply chain, planning, transportation, and delivery reliability.
• Manage supply agreements, contracts, and partnerships with Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Develop downstream LNG distribution models and optimize route design and asset utilization.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure safety, compliance, and financial discipline.
