Qualifications

• 5+ years in market planning, brand management, or related roles.
• Experience with a CPG or durable company is a plus.
• Advanced US retail customer knowledge.
• Experience with syndicated POS and Panel data.
• Ability to partner with multiple teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Help execute the segment’s 3-year strategy and annual brand plans.
• Leverage enterprise and financial reports to identify opportunities.
• Develop category playbooks and DSMP tactics.
• Prepare for annual planning with segment sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and allocate resources.
• Support commercial planning and brand pricing and promotion strategy.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing & Finance on selling stories.
• Prepare monthly S&OP and assist in demand planning.
• Assist in Monthly Business Review with leadership.
• Support complex, high-value customer negotiations.
