Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Market Development Leader II in the Deerfield Beach, FL area to drive market penetration with Independent Operators and Master Distributors. You will partner with IOs and distributors, communicate initiatives, and support sales profitability.

As MDL II, you will prepare weekly reports, plan shop visits, and provide routes to grow market share while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards. Travel 75–90% is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma is required.
Bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in snacks, grocery, or beverage industry.
DSD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate the Company’s sales, service, and merchandising strategies to IOs and distributors.
Prepare weekly volume and inventory reports and KPI scorecards.
Provide a weekly Sales/IO Work-with planner to SOD.
Spend time on the DC loading docks with IOs to hear concerns.
Facilitate ways to grow market share through promotions and shelf space.
