Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Operations Management is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain schedules, identify risks, and adjust plans proactively.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, maintenance, production, and quality.
• Facilitate structured meetings and maintain clear, actionable documentation.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and change orders; escalate major risks with solutions.
• Develop commissioning plans, SOPs, training materials, and validation protocols.
• Track punch lists and formally transition projects to operations.
