Job summary

Tom Trese seeks a Project Manager for our manufacturing operations. You will oversee planning, execution, and completion of technical and operational projects, coordinating engineering, maintenance, production, and quality teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field), and the ability to manage scope, cost, timing, and quality with minimal supervision. Full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related) or Operations Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project leadership including goals, schedules, risks, and success metrics.
• Review designs, contractor proposals, and installation plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and vendor invoices.
• Develop commissioning plans, SOPs, training materials, and validation protocols.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance to ensure readiness and handoff to operations.
