In addition to executing assigned projects, Project Managers provide guidance and day-to-day coaching to entry-level Project Managers and Project Coordinators, helping build team capability and execution consistency.

The Program Management (PM) team plays a critical role in overseeing manufacturing projects from initial launch through mass production and final shipment. Functioning as a Manufacturing Program Management (MPM) organization, the team works closely with headquarters Sales, R&D, Quality, and Engineering teams to estimate resources, manage schedules, and align execution with customer requirements. The PM team coordinates cross-functional activities, balances customer commitments with internal efficiency, and adapts plans as conditions change. By serving as a key bridge between customers, headquarters, and manufacturing functions, the team supports timely execution and successful product delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage one or more manufacturing projects independently, owning schedules, execution plans, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Review material readiness, production output, and logistics status; coordinate adjustments as needed to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Develop detailed project timelines based on customer requirements, material availability, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate proactively with Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Test, Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Monitor project progress against plan, identify risks and constraints, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead routine project meetings, drive action-item closure, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Support projects as assigned, adapting execution approach based on project phase and complexity.
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven project status reports, risk assessments, and recovery plans to Program Managers.
  • Mentor and coach Level 1 Project Managers and Project Coordinators by reviewing work, sharing best practices, and providing execution guidance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and execution standards
