Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project Management/Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field.
• Strong communication and detail-orientation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Lean/Six-Sigma and PMP training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand and lead the Project Management team.
• Align PM with Sales, Production and Service.
• Own PTI revenue reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure resources and adjustments meet client expectations.
• Review processes and implement improvements.
• Develop standards and procedures for project matters.
• Research strategies to improve customer experience.
• Implement customer satisfaction initiatives.
