Job summary

Insight Global in Youngstown, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate multi-disciplinary initiatives, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and oversee onboarding of new products and customers.

You will collaborate with program managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to drive program initiatives, assess risks, and prepare status reports for management. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Five+ years of related experience; three+ years in manufacturing.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience in rollout of metal fabrication products, equipment or tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of new products, equipment, customers, and programs.
• Outline work plans, assign duties, and obtain team buy-in.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to prepare cost estimates and budgets.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery and customer alignment.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to discuss schedules and issues.
