Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution – Lead end-to-end program execution from quote handoff through production and delivery
• Develop and manage program plans – Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams – Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Serve as primary customer contact – Serve as the primary customer contact for program status, risks, and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate program risks – Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed
• Facilitate program reviews – Facilitate regular program reviews and internal status meetings
• Ensure quality and compliance – Ensure adherence to customer specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, and delivery performance
• Maintain program documentation – Maintain detailed program documentation, including timelines, change requests, and post-program reviews
