Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; five years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring managers and team leads.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff to improve performance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with cost management and forecasting in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operations across production, machinery, processing, and packaging.
• Recruit, interview and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MITs.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellence to customers.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and cost reduction.
• Forecast development and accuracy; monitor cost trends.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
• Coordinate large teams during crises and maintain focus on goals.
