Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Manufacturing Supervisors and Group Leads.
• Coach Manufacturing Supervisors and Group Leads to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
• Monitor team member turnover; identify factors to improve; implement changes.
• Manage hiring activities per workcell forecast outlook.
• Identify development needs and create training curricula.
• Coach and mentor Supervisors to deliver excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement in key metrics and timelines.
• Coordinate large teams and maintain focus during crises.
• Ensure fair recognition and rewards across the area.
• Provide clear communication and organize information in a business style.
