Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM/Operations/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience developing and managing master production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Balance production capacity, labor availability, material constraints, and customer priorities.
• Develop & implement plan to level load the factory by work cell to utilize available capacity.
• Create and monitor detailed production schedules for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate schedule adjustments to address changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, equipment downtime, or staffing constraints.
• Monitor schedule adherence and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Review forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels to develop accurate production plans.
• Analyze demand trends and recommend inventory strategies to optimize service levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on production priorities.
• Communicate production schedules, risks, and recovery plans to key stakeholders.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning activities.
• Track and report key planning metrics, including: Schedule attainment, On-time delivery, Capacity utilization, Forecast accuracy.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Participate in ERP system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives.
