You will lead master production scheduling, balance demand with capacity, and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Customer Service, and Sales to drive operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in planning, strong ERP/MRP skills, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
5+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience.
Experience developing and managing master production schedules.
Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule to meet demand and objectives.
Balance capacity, labor, material constraints, and customer priorities.
Level-load the factory by work cell to utilize capacity.
Create and monitor detailed production schedules for manufacturing operations.
Coordinate schedule adjustments due to demand changes, disruptions, downtime, or staffing issues.
Track schedule adherence and implement corrective actions.
