Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering).
• 5+ years in manufacturing planning/scheduling or supply chain roles.
• Experience creating and managing master production schedules in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule to meet demand and objectives.
• Balance capacity, labor, material constraints, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations on planning.
