Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in North Las Vegas seeks a General Manager to direct daily operations and lead a team of directors and managers. You will drive manufacturing performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while optimizing resources and costs across the plant.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of manufacturing management experience, strong leadership, and a track record of improving efficiency. MBA is preferred; travel is less than 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing management experience; rotating equipment manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure departments meet performance targets.
• Optimize manpower, materials, and machines to achieve goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards.
