Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and uphold safety and quality in cryogenic pump manufacturing. The role reports to the President of the Nikkiso Cryogenic Pumps Functional Unit and requires shaping short- and long-term strategies with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing management experience; rotating equipment manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and ensure departments meet performance targets.
• Optimize use of manpower, materials, and machines to meet goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
