Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the rotating equipment industry.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; strong continuous improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of cryogenic pump manufacturing.
• Ensure manufacturing operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and manage the annual manufacturing budget and monitor expenses to stay within constraints.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce costs and increase margins.
• Lead and develop a large team of manufacturing professionals with coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and outsourced manufacturing partners.
• Drive standardized processes, policies, and best practices across sites and functions.
