Job summary

Allegion Fontana site is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Plant leadership, ensuring GAAP compliance and efficient closing processes. You will drive cost analyses, budgeting, and forecasting while supporting CER projects and site reporting.

The role requires 4–6 years in finance, manufacturing exposure, and strong MS Office skills; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus. Onsite Fontana, CA location with opportunities to impact operations and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in finance/accounting.
• Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Analytical thinker with detail focus.
• Ability to explain financial results to management clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant leaders to drive process improvements and eliminate non-value activities.
• Month End Closing process with analysis, reconciliations and plant reporting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports to drive improvements.
• Perform cost analyses, manufacturing variances and standard cost establishment.
• Track CER projects and provide monthly spend details to Controller and site engineers.
• Provide forecasting and budgeting support.
• Participate in audits, physical inventory, and other special projects.
