You will lead the finance team for the site and act as a key business partner to the General Manager, ensuring accurate financial management and compliance with corporate and legal standards.

The role focuses on driving profitability, cash flow, and long-term performance, developing investment cases, and guiding process improvements across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required or equivalent experience and training.
• MBA is preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is required.
• Background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.
• Typically requires 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accounting and financial processes align with corporate and legislative requirements.
• Oversee the site’s accounting and finance functions, including monthly statements, forecasts, and audits.
• Drive profitability, cash flow, and long-term performance for the Fontana site.
• Develop business cases for investments, assess risks, and support quotes with strong business acumen.
• Implement process improvements such as finance digitization and SOX compliance.
