Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC is seeking a U.S. Manufacturing Network Controller (Finance) to partner with U.S. Operations, lead controllership, and drive cost management for the manufacturing network. The role emphasizes actionable insights, strong governance, and strategic decision support.

Reporting to finance leadership, the candidate will coach Plant Controllers, ensure accurate reporting, and travel to plants to deepen financial acumen and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience leading and mentoring finance talent.
• Strong systems background with SAP, BPC and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner and drive performance management within the U.S. Manufacturing Network.
• Own delivery of measurable business results by translating financial insights into actions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight for manufacturing performance reporting, cost analysis, and planning.
• Develop and coach Plant Controllers and their teams.
• Spend significant time in the manufacturing plants to build relationships.
• Lead forecasting, variance analysis, and standard cost evaluations within the network.
• Build scalable processes to improve data reliability and visibility.
