Job summary

Provisur Technologies seeks a senior financial leader to oversee finance operations for two North American plants, directing month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with plant leadership to drive cost optimization and operational performance.

The role requires strong manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and experience leading a multi-site finance team. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Ten years of accounting experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a multi-site finance team.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge, including standard costing (BOMs, routings) and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting for two North American plants.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Lead cost accounting including standard cost development and inventory valuation.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive cost optimization and operational improvements.
• Develop and coach the finance staff while ensuring strong controls and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and continuous process improvements.
