Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC., a leading producer of sausage products, seeks a U.S. Manufacturing Network Controller to provide financial leadership and governance across the North American plant network.

You will drive cost management, standard costing, and strategic decision support, partnering with operations to improve performance. The role requires 7+ years in accounting/finance, a manufacturing background, and strong SAP/BPC/Power BI skills, with coaching responsibility for plant controllers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CMA certification is preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience required, cost accounting & FP&A preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong systems background with SAP, BPC, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. Operations to drive performance within the manufacturing network.
• Translate financial insights into actions; drive accountability across plants.
• Lead manufacturing performance reporting, cost analysis, and standard cost processes.
• Coach Plant Controllers and finance teams to build a culture of accountability.
• Spend significant time in manufacturing plants to build relationships and increase financial acumen.
