Johnsonville, LLC. is seeking a U.S. Manufacturing Network Controller to lead controllership across the plant network.

This role partners with U.S. Operations, providing financial leadership, governance, and actionable insights to drive operational excellence and cost competitiveness. The ideal candidate will oversee manufacturing reporting, cost analysis, and strategic decision support, coaching Plant Controllers and teams to build a culture of accountability while spending substantial time on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CMA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner and drive performance management within the U.S. Manufacturing Network.
• Own the delivery of measurable business results by translating financial insights into actions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight for manufacturing performance reporting, cost analysis, and planning.
• Develop and coach Plant Controllers and their teams toward accountability and partnership.
• Spend significant time in manufacturing plants to build relationships and improve financial acumen.
• Lead forecasting, variance analysis, and standard cost evaluations for the network.
