Job summary

Knowles Precision Devices is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting functions for the organization, including AR, AP, cost accounting, fixed assets, general ledger, payroll and cash management. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 5–8 years in senior accounting within a manufacturing setting.

You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives, while ensuring SOX compliance and collaborating with plant operations across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Five to eight years’ experience in a senior accounting or financial analyst capacity.
• Manufacturing environment experience required, electronic components preferred.
• US work eligibility (ITAR) – citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely and accurate submission of financial data including budgeting, forecasting and monthly results.
• Partner with Plant Operations to monitor expenses and implement corrective actions.
• Track cost savings and value creation projects to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company, accounting and government standards and regulations.
• Manage internal and external audits (SOX, government agencies) and oversee location-wide financial activities.
