Job summary

Knowles Corporation seeks a Controller to manage all accounting functions including AR, AP, cost accounting, fixed assets, general ledger, payroll and cash management for KCR and KCD locations.

The role requires strong cost accounting, budgeting, and GAAP expertise, with experience in manufacturing environments and US work eligibility. Responsible for audits, tax reporting, and cross-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial analyst role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; electronics preferred.
• US work eligibility (ITAR) required.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly actuals; explain variances to management.
• Partner with Plant Operations to monitor costs and drive improvements.
• Track cost savings and value creation projects.
• Coordinate with Plant Management to ensure transparency and timely financial reporting.
• Lead working capital initiatives and reconciliations; manage audits by internal/external and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with company, accounting, and government standards.
