Key responsibilities include developing a rigorous cost accounting framework, owning the monthly close, leading forecasting and budgeting, building KPI dashboards, ensuring internal controls, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing finance with cost, margin, and cash implications.
• Strong technical accounting skills with balanced judgment.
• Experience building cost accounting or FP&A capabilities.
• CPA preferred; Bachelor's in accounting or finance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rigorous cost accounting framework for a specialty manufacturer.
• Partner with operations to reveal true production costs and efficiency.
• Own the monthly close and deliver accurate reporting to CFO and leadership.
• Build forecasting, budgeting, and KPI dashboards linked to operational drivers.
• Support audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in a growing company.
