Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products is seeking an Assistant Controller to partner with the plant Controller in Eastlake, OH, driving financial visibility, reporting, and strategic analysis. You will work with the Finance team to deliver accurate metrics and support decision making.

The role emphasizes cost accounting improvements, manufacturing controls, and collaboration with leadership to meet financial targets and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance with progressive responsibility.
• 3+ years in manufacturing environment preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, revenue, inventory, cash, AR/AP for CPP-Eastlake.
• Generate reporting packages with analytics and variance bridges.
• Drive cost accounting and manufacturing accounting initiatives.
• Provide financial information and guidance to site leadership.
• Oversee audits and compliance activities.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and KPI variances.
