Job summary

You will own cost accounting, standard costing, BOM reviews, and inventory valuation, while managing foreign currency exposures and hedge accounting. Collaboration with operations and ERP systems is essential to drive margin improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in controllership and manufacturing finance.
• Deep cost accounting knowledge (standard costing, variance analysis, BOM, inventory).
• Proven FX management experience and hedging in a manufacturing context.
• Track record of meeting close deadlines in a complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing accounting, GL, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting.
• Lead cost accounting activities and BOM reviews with operations.
• Manage foreign currency exposures and hedge accounting.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closings and reporting.
• Develop the accounting team and drive process improvements.
