Job summary

Standard Alloys Incorporated, a KSB USA company, seeks a Controller to lead Finance, Accounting and Controlling in a manufacturing environment, partnering with the General Manager to drive profitability, working capital and internal controls.

You will oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP readiness and data reporting, support a future ERP transition, and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance across the North America region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of finance, accounting or controlling experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading a complete finance and accounting function.
• ERP implementation, migration or transformation experience; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting and Controlling; partner with GM and management.
• Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital.
• Develop internal controls and reporting; support ERP transitions.
