Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting activities supporting a manufacturing operation.
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Partner with the VP of Finance and operational leadership.
• Manage and develop a Cost Accountant.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist with cost accounting and manufacturing-related analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting policies.
• Collaborate with plant and corporate teams to improve reporting.
