Job summary

Standard Alloys, part of the KSB USA family, seeks a seasoned Controller to lead Finance, Accounting, and Controlling. You will partner with the General Manager to drive manufacturing profitability, cost accounting accuracy, and data-driven decisions.

A future ERP transition is part of the scope, with experience in consolidation, reporting, and internal controls essential. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and capital analysis, while ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible finance, accounting, or controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading a complete finance and accounting function.
• Significant experience in manufacturing cost accounting and operational controlling.
• Experience supporting or leading ERP implementation or transformation; SAP or comparable ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Accounting function and develop a capable finance team.
• Serve as principal financial partner to General Manager and management team for operational and strategic decisions.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
