Job summary

Responsibilities include month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, inventory valuation, product costing, audits, and ERP system optimization, with a focus on cost containment and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting personnel.
• Experience with manufacturing accounting, inventory, and cost accounting.
• Experience preparing audited financial statements.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial compliance requirements.
• CPA preferred; MBA/MA beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations and provide financial leadership.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Oversee inventory valuation and product costing; monitor costs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors.
