LVT is seeking an Operations Controller to own the accounting backbone behind our growing manufacturing and inventory operations at our American Fork, UT headquarters. You will manage inventory, cost accounting, and fixed assets, ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant financial records and partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in cost/inventory/manufacturing.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge for inventory, cost accounting, and fixed assets.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and ERP experience.
• Experience in fast-paced tech/manufacturing or subscription-based company.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly reconciliation of inventory-related general ledger accounts.
• Perform monthly inventory variance analysis with root-cause; partner with Operations to drive resolution.
• Manage cycle counts and year-end physical inventory; own count planning and variance reporting.
• Lead annual standard cost updates; maintain standard costs as BOMs, routings, and material costs change.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting for capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation with the general ledger.
• Serve as accounting lead on Oracle ERP project; ensure BOMs, routings, and cost setups are accurate.
• Own parts of monthly/annual close related to inventory, COGS, and fixed assets.
