Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience which includes (1) experience communicating with leadership/directors on manpower and organizational design; (2) experience maintaining, developing, or managing a Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Manpower Change Packages (MCPs), or equivalent organizational staffing documents to navigate resource constraints, and; (3) experience participating in report tools such as annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Command plans. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Financial Management Analysis Leadership Planning and Evaluating Problem Solving
