Ashby, Inc. is seeking its first Manager of Technical Services to lead the expanding technical integration function within the Customer Success organization.

You will oversee integration consultants focused on Workday integrations and a team delivering bespoke API solutions and hands‑on technical builds for customers. In six months, success means a scalable, efficient team handling multiple complex integrations, troubleshooting mid‑flight issues, and delivering high‑value technical consulting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, with at least 3+ years directly managing and scaling a team.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise integrations, including Workday architecture, APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration design.
• Demonstrated success guiding a team through a high‑volume portfolio of mid‑to‑large enterprise organizations.
• Experience actively building a team by anticipating future gaps and new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high‑performing team of integration consultants and technical solution consultants.
• Develop and maintain the operational infrastructure to support scalable technical services.
• Serve as a senior escalation point, guiding complex integrations and solving mid‑flight technical challenges.
• Evolve technical services offerings by standardizing recurring solutions and identifying new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Implementation to align customer needs with feasible, commercial solutions.
