Job summary
Ashby is seeking a Manager of Technical Services to anchor our expanding integration services. You will lead and grow a team of Integration Consultants and Technical Solution Consultants, owning delivery across Workday integrations and bespoke API solutions for our customers.
In this senior role you will shape the technical services strategy, drive standardized delivery, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation to ensure feasible, high-impact outcomes for complex HR tech
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, integration services, or technical implementations with at least 3+ years directly managing and scaling a team of technical resources.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise integrations, including Workday architecture, APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration design.
- Demonstrated success guiding a team of consultants through a high-volume portfolio of mid-to-large tier enterprise organizations.
- Experience actively building a team by anticipating future gaps and identifying needed capabilities before demand hits.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performing team of Integration and Technical Solution Consultants.
- Develop and maintain scalable delivery processes, capacity planning, and quality standards.
- Lead senior escalation on Workday integrations and complex API builds.
- Evolve offerings by standardizing or tailoring solutions based on recurring customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation to align technical efforts with business goals.
