Job summary

Ashby is seeking an Integrations Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing integration projects within the Customer Success ecosystem. You will guide technical requirements, advise on best practices, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure successful go-lives.

Ideal candidates have extensive Workday or ERP integration experience, strong customer-centricity, change management skills, and a consultative, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday and other enterprise-grade HCM solutions.
• You can align stakeholders, define project plans, and deliver results as agreed.
• You maintain strong customer relationships and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and execute technical requirements for strategic customers implementing Ashby with complex integrations.
• Advise on integration best practices, configurations, and collaborating with customer internal experts.
• Partner with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other teams to deliver outcomes.
