Job summary

CFS in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead SEC filings, shape technical accounting, and strengthen internal controls in a fast‑moving public company.

This fully in‑office role offers direct exposure to the CFO and senior leaders, a competitive compensation package with bonus potential and possible equity, plus opportunities to drive governance, reporting accuracy, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with strong SEC and external reporting
• Experience in a public company environment
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification
• Prior leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC filings and external financial reporting activities
• Support technical accounting matters and accounting operations initiatives
• Drive internal controls, compliance, and reporting accuracy across the organization
• Partner with leadership, auditors, and board-related reporting requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness
