Job summary

Harley-Davidson Motor Company is seeking a Manager, Corporate Accounting & Fixed Assets to lead the corporate accounting team. You will supervise staff, manage fixed asset activities, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance while supporting financial reporting and internal controls.

The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, month-end close leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, tax, procurement, and external audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop accounting staff for corporate accounting and fixed assets.
• Lead initiatives to improve accounting systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain strong internal control environment and SOX compliance.
