Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; advanced degree and/or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of financial experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools like Power BI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional partnership skills.
• Experience in global manufacturing and cost management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Manufacturing leadership and provide financial guidance and strategic decision support through analysis and business-case development.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly estimates for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee cost performance including direct labor, overhead, inventory, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor variances and operational performance metrics; drive cost-improvement opportunities.
• Develop manufacturing cost standards and operational reporting; manage working capital.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing finance organization.
